SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Silk In Lush, we are committed to delivering premium-quality beauty products with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Silk In Lush processes all orders during business days, Monday through Friday. Once an order is received, please allow up to 2 business days for processing. After your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped promptly via the United States Postal Service (USPS). A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once USPS updates their system.

Although USPS Priority Mail is often marketed as 1–3 business days, delivery may still take up to 5 business days depending on location and postal delays. Please allow a minimum of five business days for your package to arrive. Once your order has shipped, all tracking and delivery inquiries should be directed to USPS.

To maintain fast fulfillment and consistent inventory management, Silk In Lush does not accommodate custom orders at this time. All products listed on our website are ready-to-ship or eligible for pickup.

All shipments include signature confirmation and insurance to ensure your package is delivered securely. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs for international orders.

Customers in Houston may opt for local pickup at 5928 Leedale St, Houston, TX 77016. Pickup is available on Thursdays between 5:00 PM–6:00 PM and Fridays between 4:00 PM–5:00 PM. Your pickup day will be the next available pickup day after your order is placed. If your order is placed within the 12-hour timeframe before a designated pickup day, you are eligible for same-day pickup on Thursday or Friday, respectively.

Local Pickup Policy

Customers in Houston may opt for local pickup at 5928 Leedale St, Houston, TX 77016. Pickup is available on Thursdays between 5:00 PM–6:00 PM and Fridays between 4:00 PM–5:00 PM. Your pickup day will be the next available pickup day after your order is placed. If your order is placed within the 12-hour timeframe before a designated pickup day, you are eligible for same-day pickup on Thursday or Friday, respectively.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair products once they have been purchased.

However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the product in question. We will evaluate the concern and, if approved, offer a resolution in the form of store credit or a replacement item.

Please note that Silk In Lush is not responsible for any packages returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. In such cases, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
