SILK IN LUSH POLICY

At Silk In Lush, we are committed to delivering premium-quality beauty products with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.

Shipping & Returns

Silk In Lush processes all ready-to-ship hair orders Monday through Saturday during business days. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Once fulfilled, orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), and a tracking number will be emailed once USPS updates their system.


USPS Priority Mail is typically advertised as 1–3 business days; however, delivery may take up to 5 business days depending on location and postal delays. Please allow at least five business days for delivery. Once shipped, all tracking and delivery inquiries must be directed to USPS.
All shipments include signature confirmation and insurance for secure delivery. Silk In Lush is not responsible for carrier delays or international customs processing.

Local Pickup (Houston Only)

Customers may select local pickup at 5928 Leedale St, Houston, TX 77016:
    •    Thursday: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    •    Friday: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    •    Saturday: 10:00 – 11:00 PM
    •    Saturday: 2:00 – 3:00 PM
Pickup will be scheduled for the next available pickup day after your order is placed. Orders placed within 12 hours of a pickup window qualify for same-day pickup.

Pre-Orders

Please allow 7–14 business days to receive preorder hair. Preorders follow the same USPS processing and shipping procedures as ready-to-ship orders. Local pickup is not available for preorder items.
